Why train off the job? No mystery. When you’re out working with a company, you want to make the best possible use of your time. So at the Centre we concentrate on giving you the skills and the background that will help you do the business when you’re out there. As well as key skills, and basic skills if you need them, it could include, for example, some theory if you’re doing Childcare or basic practical skills if you’re doing Floor Covering.

You get a lot of support and guidance from your tutors, too. It’s all part of your training, so make the most of it,
